Hauppauge grey remotes, homebrew IR receiver, MM 0.17beta1

I have uploaded my lircrc and lircd.conf files that I am using for minimyth-0.17beta1. I use these with a homebrew IR receiver. The lircd.conf supports both the new and old hauppauge grey remotes.

I don't have every single key mapped optimally, but this will at least give someone else with similar hardware a leg up on configuration.
